Unmanaged chronic stress may be harming your health, effectiveness, and relationships:

  • Chronic worry, anxiety, mood swings, depression, feelings of hopelessness and overwhelm

  • High blood pressure, headaches, digestive problems, autoimmune and heart disease

  • Difficulty concentrating, irritability, poor sleep, fatigue, lack of motivation, excessive use of substances

  • Reduced ability to be patient, kind, have empathy for others, and respond in constructive ways

Well-being, work performance, parenting, and partnering are impaired. Eventually, complete burnout may result.

Imagine instead if you could:

  • Recover quickly from life's big challenges and setbacks

  • Reduce the impact of everyday stress on your body and mind

  • Improve your sense of well-being and confidence to handle difficulties

  • Function at your best in all aspects of life, including your relationships

Hello!

I'm Dr. Amy Arnold

I’ve struggled with stress for most of my life, and it’s adversely affected my health and my relationships. At times it decreased my ability to perform at work. Perhaps worst of all, chronic stress at one point led to a diagnosis of anxiety disorder and adrenal fatigue.

We all experience stressful life events – some we choose, and others just happen. In my case stress in midlife came from running a business with multiple employees, a challenging marriage, and a series of family deaths. And it didn’t help that I had a basic personality tendency to worry excessively along with habits of negative thinking.

As a physician, I understand the physiology of stress on our bodies. For the past ten years I’ve explored different theories and the latest research on how stress affects our minds and I’ve learned many simple, effective ways to manage my own stress. I’m able to recognize it quickly, use various techniques to mediate my response to it, and function with calm and clarity during all but the biggest stressors. (With the big ones, I can recover quite rapidly and avoid getting sucked into severe anxiety.) This makes my life far more enjoyable!

I've developed a streamlined, practical program to help you learn these methods and incorporate them into your life immediately ---
